TTM, 535media, and PrintSource are committed to a diverse and inclusive environment in the workplace.  Over the last several years the companies have taken steps to enhance these initiatives by having a Diversity Committee, a Diversity Scholarship in the Editorial Department, and participation in the Pittsburgh News Ecosystem Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging project.  As another step in bringing awareness to these topics, we have partnered with SkillPath to facilitate mandatory training for all employees in October.

The training will be virtual with each session being approximately three hours in length.  Each training session will have no more than 30 participants so the session can be interactive.  Any employee that cannot attend a live, virtual training will be asked to watch a recording of the session.

This course explores diversity and inclusion in the workplace on many levels: How we define diversity and inclusion; the benefits and power of inclusivity; how we can take a holistic approach to diversity in our organizations; and how to relate and communicate better with everyone you interact with
