International Stress Awareness Day 2022
International Stress Management Association (ISMA) sponsors Stress Awareness Day, which is celebrated every first Wednesday in November to increase public awareness and help people recognize, manage, and reduce stress in their personal and professional lives.
The theme for this year is "Working Together to Build Resilience and Reduce Stress." Through this theme, we can work together to promote mental health, learn how to effectively manage stress, build resilience, and support each other to reduce the harmful effects of stress in our lives.
