New Employee Referral benefits available through December 31
Trib Total Media, 535media, and PrintSource have amped up the employee referral award through December 31, 2022.
If you refer a candidate from now through December 31, and that person is hired, you will receive $250 in your next pay following the new employee’s hire date.
When the new employee reaches 90 days of employment with the company, you will receive an additional $1,000! This brings the referral award to a grand total of $1,250!
Watch for open job notifications in Sentric and in weekly e-mails from HR. We know you have qualified folks in your network…bring them on board, and you both win!
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL POLICY
It is the policy of the company to encourage employees to refer eligible applications for open positions through this Employee Referral Program. At TTM,535 Media, and PrintSource, we have found that employee referrals are one of the most successful ways to attract top talent. This program allows you to make candidate referrals. If the referral is hired and successfully completes the orientation period, a cash award will be presented to you for making the referral.
The Employee Referral Program is open to all regular full-time and part-time employees. Eligible employees can submit referrals for openings in regular full-time and variable hour part-time positions.
The following are not eligible to receive a payout for referrals:
· Officers, Directors, and Managers
· Human Resources Staff
· Temporaries from outside agencies
· Hiring supervisors and managers
· Employees referring their spouses or dependent children
Procedures
Employee Referral Forms may be obtained from Human Resources Department or by logging into home.tribweb.com, go to HR, and to forms. You must fill out the form, attach it to the resume or application of the candidate, and submit the documents to Human Resources.
You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to TTM, 535 Media, or PrintSource, who already works for any of the companies, at any location, or anyone who has worked for any of the companies within the last twelve months.
The referral form must be received in the Human Resources Department with or before the candidate’s resume or application. Referral forms received after a candidate has submitted an application or resume will be invalid unless the candidate has indicated your name on the application as how they became interested in the company.
