AdMall recently recognized Trib Total Media Advertising & Marketing Consultant Tammy Painter with their Sell Smarter! Award.
The Sell Smarter! Award is presented quarterly to qualified media sellers who have generated new business or significantly grown an existing account through the use of AdMall resources.
AdMall is a software platform that provides tactical business intelligence for local media sales including digital audit tools, local business analysis, market research, insights and more.
Tammy's customer - Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services was struggling to hire Direct Support Professionals. They traditionally ran print ads however, Tammy shared with them an AudienceScan(R) report from AdMall that provided valuable insight into their digital audience's interests, attitudes and behaviors.
Based on this report, Tammy's marketing strategy included mobile and standard display ads, search retargeting and Streaming TV, along with Trib Notes on our print publications. The customer agreed to an advertising package of over $33,000 that launched March 7, 2022.
In the first month of the campaign, applications increased from 230/week to 750/week. The client filled 140 of 150 open positions within 3 weeks. And, the candidates were better qualified than previous applicants and more engaged in the onboarding process.
